  2. Preset Screen Resolutions & Ratio
    Depending on your specific outcome, predefine the screen resolution and ratio to avoid further format conflict.
  3. Deal with ambient sounds
    Try to block out external sound kicking in and dampen the sound within the room,
    Soft materials will help limit the echoes reflicting.
  4. Smoothen your cursor path
    Hold back the urge of moving your mouse back and forth or utilize recording applications that help hide/smoothen your mouse cursor.
  5. Embellish it
    Enhance your cursors appearance to boost its visibility and attraction by adding a round spotlight around it or something
  6. Go for a trial
    A lot of unexpected mistakes may emerge as you compose your record.
    A short trial run hence saves you a lot of time and effort.
  7. Add voiceovers
    Recording and narrating at the same time may engender those tangent “ums” or “uhs”. Voiceovers are recommended to be added afterward.

2017 has begun. It`s a new year. If you ended the year with a bang, time to start anew.

Don`t just stop with yourself. Your business also needs some sprucing up.

1. Make Resolutions

  • Reach higher heights.

2. Revisit Plans

  • Don`t forget-worse, abandon-previous plans.
  • Get back to them and finish them.

  • Then fix them (It may or may not be easy)

  • Don`t  just stay in your comfort zone.
  • Discover more things you can be good at.

When writing your CV as a project manager it´s important to show employers how you can deliver a project from inception to completion and describe  the impact of your work. Although every project manager´s CV will be unique, the are certain skills that are essential to all project managers.

    Effective scheduling is crucial to success of a project, so it´s important to, include it in you CV.
    Demonstrate  your ability to plan and arrange activities to be completed in time with project expectations.

    In order for a project to be delivered within budget, cost control is vital. When writing your CV ensure that you include the budgets you manage, optimal allocation of spending and cost effective vendor relationships.
  3. Risk Management
    Every project faces risks that have the potential to derail it´s success. A strong project manager´s CV should give solid examples of controlling risk to show project sponsors that are able to limit their effects.
  4. Leadership
